In the Beloved Community,
we will dream of peace
and harmony,
Where love and trust will be all we see.
With unconditional love, we stand together,
A place of caring that will last forever.

We will hope to end poverty and hate,
And live in a world that’s truly great.
In the Beloved Community, we will be one,
A place where everyone can shine like the sun.

Obstacles will stand in our way:
Disagreement, hardship, and poverty every day.
But resilience, dignity, free will shall push through
Along with hope, rights, confidence, and perseverance too.

Immigration, displacement, and humiliation will heighten,
But together we’ll rise, our hearts enlightened.
No matter the challenge, we’ll overcome it all,
With courage and strength, we’ll stand tall.

In the Beloved Community, we will rise as one,
Where every voice is heard, and justice is shown.
Together, we will build a world of peace,
Where compassion and unity will increase,
With kindness, respect, patience, and joy to release.
